The girls night out.

Lucky girls got a real treat in having Erich and I cook for them under the guidance of a local chef.

We started at 4pm and the girls came at 7pm to taste our hard work.

On the menu for them was a starter of black crostini, followed by tuscan meatballs on home made pasta.
For mains rabbit cacciatora and finishing with Tiramisu.

Step one, open a bottle of bubbles


Tiramisu first so it gets time to set in the fridge



Then the meatballs and rabbit

Time to make the pasta
